Key Responsibilities:

• Website Design: Create and design engaging, responsive websites that align with company branding and user experience best practices.
• UI/UX Design: Develop intuitive and attractive user interfaces, ensuring seamless navigation and usability.
• Content Management: Manage website content using CMS platforms, ensuring information is up-to-date and relevant.
• Graphics Creation: Design graphics, icons, and other visual elements for websites, ensuring a consistent and professional appearance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to implement and enhance website features.
• SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and ranking on search engines.
• Performance Monitoring: Utilize tools to track website performance, user behavior, and make data-driven improvements.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any technical issues or bugs that may arise on the website.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of design processes, guidelines, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in web design or a related role.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
  • Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Sketch.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla).
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Design Skills: Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in web design, UI/UX, or front-end development are a plus.
