Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Work on both front-end and back-end development tasks, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
• CMS Management: Manage and customize content management systems to meet business needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to implement and enhance website features and functionalities.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve website issues, including debugging and performance bottlenecks.
• Testing and Deployment: Conduct website testing and validation across various browsers and devices; deploy updates and new features.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of development processes, code changes, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development or a related role.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Strong understanding of server-side languages such as PHP, Ruby, Python, or ASP.NET.
  • Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and tools.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in web development or related technologies are a plus.
